Sidus Group, LLC (AlwaysOnline.net) and Ant Race Communications Join Forces

Sidus Group, LLC, a comprehensive provider of Web Services and Ant Race Communications, a Web Design and Integrated Marketing firm will be joining forces. Sidus and Ant Race have spent the past three years, working in tandem, on many different and diverse projects.

Ant Race Communications will be relocating their offices from Ellicott City, Maryland to Sidus' corporate offices in Crofton, Maryland. Ant Race Communications will be a fully integrated member of the Sidus Group.

Ant Race Communications has developed over 200 Web Sites since 1998. Additionally, Ant Race has assisted many companies in the planning, development and execution of their Web Marketing initiatives.

Sidus, has been operating in Anne Arundel County, Maryland since 1999. The company, and its AlwaysOnline and RaqShaq operating units, serve a global clientele of several thousand clients from the United States and 27 other countries. Sidus was recently selected as the Technology and Infrastructure Partner of the Chesapeake Innovation Center (CIC), Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation's (AAEDC) Homeland Security Business Incubator.
