Harrisonburg Innovation Center Announces Website Launch

Harrisonburg, VA (March 20, 2006) - The Harrisonburg Innovation Center (HIC) has announced the launch of its Website located at www.hdtz.org. Developed by Crofton, MD-based Sidus Group (www.sidusgroup.com), the new Website features a beautiful design with clear navigation, focused content and a clean user interface for enhanced usability. HIC is a "self-networking" environment that integrates intellectual capital with technology to develop health and security solutions for corporate and national well-being. The new HIC Website will help provide information to client-members as well as taking an aggressive approach to marketing them.

The website launch follows on the heels of several recent announcements for the HIC and in part, the launch was done in collaboration with those new developments. ""We are very excited about the launch of our site." said Jim Barnes, executive director." Because the HIC is growing and evolving, our new site will help deliver a solid message to current and potential members. We want to be as clear as possible regarding the direction we are headed."

The HIC management team has established a networking environment to facilitate members collaborating on projects and technology development and is already networking accepted and potential client members and partners to respond to federal contract and grant opportunities. This model includes networking companies within the HIC with each other, with other Harrisonburg, state or national technology companies.

The HIC is projected to open in the second quarter of 2007, in a 26,000 square-foot facility at One Court Square in Harrisburg, Virginia.
