Sidus Group President and CEO, Mark Powell, Re-Elected for Second Term As President to Anne Arundel Tech Council

Crofton, MD - February 27, 2006 -- Crofton-based Sidus Group, www.sidusgroup.com confirms the re-election of Mark Powell, president and CEO, as the 2006 President of the Anne Arundel Tech Council, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enriching the area's growing technology industry.

In addition to Powell, other officers re-elected for one-year terms were: Vice President, Richard Young, TeleCommunication Systems Inc.; Secretary, Julie Snyder, Anne Arundel Economic Development Corp.; and Treasurer, Louise Ridgely, J. Parks & Co.

Also, re-elected to the Board of Directors for two-year terms were: John Elstner, Chesapeake Innovation Center; Keith Moulsdale, Whiteford, Taylor & Preston and Richard Young, TeleCommunication Systems Inc.

"Over the past year, this board has been an integral component in our association's phenomenal growth in membership and programs. We wanted to ensure continuity in the execution of our strategic plan for 2006 and beyond," said Mark Powell, President of the Board of Directors.

During the past year and a half, the AATC's Board of Directors has overseen a doubling in membership year-over-year, increased programming and additional benefits for the members of the council.
