Sidus Group Reports Revenues up 40% in 2008

Annapolis, MD (March, 2009) – Annapolis-based Managed Hosting and Web Solutions firm, Sidus Group, LLC, announced 40% growth in revenues in it’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2008. This marks 9 years of consecutive growth since their founding in 1999.

Sidus’ primary growth was generated from hosting and hosting related technical services. Web solutions also showed positive growth at a lower rate. “We attribute our strong financial performance to the growing number of companies looking to outsource their IT structure and hosting requirements,” said Sidus CEO, Mark L. Powell. “The strength of our offering is our ability to provide our customers with an improved hosting solution while cutting costs up to 50%.”

Sidus recently upgraded their managed hosting services to Dell’s PowerEdge blade server configuration. This enables Sidus to achieve higher efficiency and improved performance while utilizing substantially less energy. By maximizing their servers’ resourcefulness, Sidus is able to offer high density hosting that saves their clients money.
